What?

.NET 5 has shipped November 2020, since that moment there is only "One .NET". November 2021 means .NET 6LTS! This promised to be the final step in the unification.

"Are we there yet?"

In this session you will be updated on current state of all the different bits of .NET and related tools, from Maui to Azure Functions to Visual Studio.

About Oscar van Tol

Oscar is a father of 4 that loved technology all his life, has written his first code in the 90s and never stopped. As a developer with a passion for networks/infrastructure and hardware he saw the potential of Microsoft Azure early on. You can find him talking about PaaS and Serverless at conferences, on blogs or YouTube. You also can hear him together with his buddy Rick van den Bosch speaking to awesome guests on Betatalks the podcast. Oscar is working as a Principal Cloud Architect at Betabit in the Netherlands, helping out customers by architecting scalable, multi tenant, secure software. Next to that he coaches teams and their organisations to become more agile in the way they design, discuss, develop and release their software.
